Responsibilities
Lead Verint build projects to optimize solutions based on client needs and requirements
Support Verint environmental stability
Provide guidance for support and incident issues which hinder the Verint application use by its clients
Assist in road mapping future endeavors to fit into the Contact Center Technologies ecosystem
Problem solving to build and test solutions which fall outside the scope of an SOP document
Qualification
Required
4-8 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
Relevant experience with Verint wholistically (Call Recording, Speech Analytics, Text Analytics, Quality Monitoring, DPA, WFM, Customer Feedback)
Experience with Verint Da Vinci
Experience with Genesys Phone and WFM integration
Basic knowledge of Server Maintenance and Accessibility
Networking knowledge
GCP VM knowledge
Novice level SQL querying and Database Management knowledge
