Responsibilities
Act as a strategic finance partner to construction, engineering, and project leadership teams
Own FP&A support for complex, multi phase projects including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
Provide clear financial insight on project margins, cost drivers, risks, and opportunities
Build and maintain models that support long range planning and scenario analysis
Partner with leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives and capital deployment
Translate financial data into actionable guidance for non finance stakeholders
Step into high priority initiatives requiring rapid analysis and decisive recommendations
Continuously improve how financial insight is delivered across the organization
Qualification
Required
Strong FP&A experience within construction, engineering, or project based environments
Proven ability to partner with operations and influence decision making
Comfort operating in fast paced, high accountability settings
Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Clear communicator who can simplify complex financial concepts
Willingness to travel occasionally based on project needs
