Leads the architecture and deployment of ServiceNow CSM and FSM solutions across enterprise environments

Oversees customization, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow modules to ensure scalability and best‑practice alignment

Designs integrations with systems such as LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and API‑based applications for seamless data flow

Guides technical teams through mentorship, enforcing development standards and high‑quality delivery practices

Reviews and enhances platform performance by improving workflows, data models, and governance controls

Engages with clients to provide expert recommendations on process automation, architecture, and platform capabilities

Qualification

Required
