Responsibilities

Grow sales and brand presence across the Upper Midwest territory
Build lasting relationships with dealers, coaches, athletes, and industry partners
Develop new opportunities with parks & recreation departments, camps, clubs, high schools and youth sports organizations
Travel throughout the territory (2–3 trips per month, seasonally driven)
Attend trade shows, conferences, clinics, and partner events
Track market trends and competitor activity
Submit bi-weekly sales activity reports and maintain accurate lead records

Required

Reside within designated territory
Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and email)

Willingness to travel frequently
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
