They are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join their Medical Malpractice & Nursing Home Operations team, responsible for delivering data-driven insights that inform case operations and guide strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel
Analyze intake, advertising, and case data to track performance and identify trends
Deliver clear, concise reporting to operations and practice leadership
Evaluate intake and case workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Support process improvements and workflow automations across operations
Execute ad hoc analyses and data cleanup projects as needed
Monitor data quality and SOP compliance across systems
Partner with Operations, Marketing, Product, and case teams to support day-to-day execution
Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in data analytics, business operations, financial analysis, or a related role
Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel required
Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity for identifying insights and improving processes
Effective communicator with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with a preference for Business, Economics, or STEM fields
Preferred
Experience with Litify and Power BI preferred
SQL experience is a plus; coding experience (e.g., Python, R) is helpful but not required
