Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering analytical insights, intelligence, and value in support of Honeywell's infrastructure platforms and IT services
Directly support strategic and operational initiatives which includes centralizing IT's operational data in support of thousands of devices and hundreds of IT services, visualizing data to drive actionable insights, interpretating data to improve service/business intelligence, and accelerating the value of data using Al/ML
Serve as hands-on leader who is a highly motivated, end to end focused, and an excellent problem-solver with a passion to mature a data-driven culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
7 years of experience with operating, managing or monitoring IT infrastructure and services
5 years of experience with managing and visualizing data to drive operational efficiencies
Proven track record of building dashboards that simplifies data so that it is easy to understand and comprehend
Ability to develop analytical visualization and present orally to IT leadership
Ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance
Data analytical skills
Splunk Expertise
Proficient in MS Office suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Teams etc
Splunk Architect certification
Up to 5% domestic and international travel required
Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week
