Fireworks AI is building the future of generative AI infrastructure. As a Sr Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing programs aimed at driving adoption and revenue, focusing on technical audiences and building a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Create. Identify and implement remarkable experiences and activations in our marketing programs
Build. Develop and execute a field marketing strategy to include:
Trade shows, conferences and C+ Level customer and partner events
Regional developer and commercial events such as workshops and strategy briefings
Digital campaigns to support and accelerate sales pipeline including direct, ABM, and digital events channels
Execute. Plan, and deliver end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor/agency management, on-site execution, and post-event reporting
Measure. Ensure a closed loop of processes to ensure maximum impact and insights of marketing programs, including performance analysis and ensuring engagement and follow-up
Repeat. Build a repeatable playbook of activities to optimize user and customer journeys throughout adoption and buying processes

Required

3-5 years experience in B2B technical events marketing
Experience in managing a varied portfolio of marketing activities
Demonstrated 'builder' mentality: self-motivation, excels at establishing processes, scaling programs, and bringing ideas to life
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication and influencing skills
Ability frequently travel for on-site event coordination
Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to excellence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Success in field marketing for technical enterprise go-to-market motions
Demonstrated remarkable creativity and thinking to deliver impactful, memorable messages
Excellence in project management across a complex plan while hitting tight deadlines
Excellence in communication skills across all levels of the business
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
