Responsibilities
Perform device diagnostics and assessment
Run brand-specific diagnostics on returned laptops
Identify physical damage or excessive filth and categorize devices for repair or disposal
Document diagnostic results and update inventory systems accordingly
Perform cleaning and inventory management
Clean devices using approved materials and techniques
Record device status and location in SharePoint inventory
Organize and store devices on designated shelving units
Perform packing and shipping
Prepare and pack devices for new hire classes
Generate shipping labels via FedEx and update tracking information in ServiceNow
Include required accessories and documentation in each shipment
Ensure timely delivery by selecting appropriate shipping methods
