Responsibilities
Eliciting, validating, verifying and documenting project requirements from impacted stakeholders
Analyzing business operations to determine opportunities for improvement and how to automate processes and functions
Creating process flows, use cases, reports, charts, graphs, and presentations to aid in proposing new strategies for successful business changes
Leading business process design and documentation as needed for new technology
Conducting complex analysis so that business and user needs can be translated into detailed requirements that are subsequently used by downstream development teams
Qualification
Required
Business analysis or related experience: 2 years or more
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
Comprehensive knowledge of software applications such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Demonstrated project management and leadership
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to capture feedback effectively
Quickly identify business problems & opportunities
Prioritize & organize effectively
Analyze & interpret data
Communicate clearly both orally and in writing
Adaptable and resourceful in fast-paced, evolving environments
Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly
Preferred
Business process documentation, requirements elicitation, product development and project implementation
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science
