Responsibilities
Creation of internal and external product and application training materials
Identification of new applications and customers for HARTING products and solutions
Competitive research and SWOT analysis to gain knowledge about the competition
Creation and updates of HARTING competition cross reference data
Cross-functional collaboration with areas such as sales, marketing, engineering, product management, industry segment management and HARTING distribution channel partners
Support of New Product Introductions within HARTING’s distribution network
Creation of product stocking packages to support HARTING product sales through key distribution channel partners
Close collaboration with the Solutions Engineer
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer or Mechanical Engineering
A background/interest in Engineering and sales
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to define problems, collect data and draw valid conclusions
