Responsibilities
Manages accurate data center asset inventory while ensuring timely updates and corrections
Coordinates vendor access with security teams and oversees inbound/outbound logistics
Executes lab activities including racking, cabling, provisioning, and basic troubleshooting
Handles ticket-driven tasks such as hardware diagnostics, IAM activities, and material movement
Conducts inventory cycle audits, data-bearing device destruction, and warranty process management
Maintains strong customer service standards while supporting operational excellence initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
Demonstrated hands-on background in data center operations, hardware handling, and Linux environments
Strong capability in racking, cabling, provisioning, and troubleshooting server hardware
Proven ability to manage asset workflows, inventory controls, and vendor coordination in fast‑paced environments
