They are seeking a Project Manager for their Casework Division to manage architectural millwork projects, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure project schedules and costs align with company goals.

Responsibilities
Assist Production Manager with the following:
Manage architectural millwork projects including production, delivery, and installation activities
Serve as a point of contact for general contractors, architects, sales, and production teams
Track open items, shop drawings, field measurements, change orders, request dates etc
Perform site visits and measure as required
Manage punch list, warranty request, and communicate with customer, production, and operations
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Experience supervising employees in a manufacturing environment
Exceptional leadership skills are essential
Demonstrated hands-on approach with staff, strong coaching skills and a 'factory floor presence'
Strong track record of leading and developing staff
Strong change leadership skills
Excellent written and oral communication, training and presentation skills
Strong project management skills/ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace platforms
Valid Driver License
Preferred
Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in engineering, operations, business or related field
Casework industry experience
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
CAD experience
Knowledgeable in AWI and LEED Standards
