Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal research on corporate and commercial topics, including contract law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance related to blockchain and Web3 technologies
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and internal policies
Prepare concise, well-organized legal memos and reports
Support the team in monitoring and analyzing regulatory developments in blockchain and cryptocurrency
Assist with the review and organization of corporate governance matters
Partner with teams across the company (including product, engineering, and business development) to provide legal insights and support
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a JD program at an accredited law school
Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to communicate findings clearly
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal oversight
Interest in blockchain, crypto, and Web3 concepts (or prior exposure through coursework, internships, or personal learning)
Preferred
Comfort operating in ambiguity and switching between projects quickly
Strong organizational skills and ability to keep legal workstreams well-tracked
