Responsibilities
Conduct job task analyses to identify training and qualification requirements
Collaborate with SMEs, management, and job incumbents to validate task and training needs
Develop, test, and implement instructional materials to support operations and maintenance personnel
Support revisions and updates to Qualification Card programs
Ensure instructional materials align with job requirements, organizational objectives, and applicable DOE standards
Develop and maintain project schedules and provide updates to the company-designated representative
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor and/or instructional analyst/developer within the nuclear industry
Demonstrated experience applying systematic instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE or equivalent)
Experience developing training programs for nuclear operations and/or maintenance personnel
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with technical and operational stakeholders
