Responsibilities
Analyze current systems and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement
Manage one to two process improvement or integration projects
Own project deliverables, including project plans, status reports, and requirements documentation
Collaborate with multiple internal departments on a broad range of project management and analytical initiatives
Support project planning sessions and post-project reviews, providing guidance to project managers and teams to drive high performance
Consolidate and refine project status updates into program-level and senior leadership reports
Drive process and requirement definition to support the selection and effective use of project management technologies
Support project teams in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other selected collaboration tools
Build quality into all aspects of work by ensuring compliance with applicable quality system requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience
Master's degree (MBA preferred) with 1–3 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years of project coordination experience
Preferred
PMP certification not required, but a plus
