Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across multiple departments
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, to assess workforce needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract outstanding talent
Advise on talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and recruitment best practices
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring decisions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Apply targeted sourcing and research techniques, including online searches, social media, networking, and campaigns, to build diverse talent pipelines
Implement process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate engagement
Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategy
Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking functions
Perform related duties as assigned by management

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
Proven success in developing and executing strategic sourcing and recruitment plans
Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong people skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization
Skilled in influencing, negotiation, and consultative collaboration
High learning agility; able to adapt to new business variables and platforms
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and sound decision-making skills
Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Effective project management capability
Self-directed, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity
High degree of professional maturity, integrity, and ability to maintain confidential data and information
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
