Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and develop a team of enterprise and domain architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
Provide architectural governance, frameworks, and thought leadership across initiatives
Promote professional growth, mentoring architects to become trusted advisors to business leaders
Define and maintain the company’s Enterprise Architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy and transformation goals and measurable outcomes
Establish architecture principles, standards, and guardrails to ensure consistency across platforms and domains
Partner with business and IT leaders to shape long-term technology strategies and investment decisions
Translate complex technical strategies into clear business value propositions for executive audiences
Champion the use of AI, machine learning (ML), and generative AI to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and reduce manual processes
Collaborate with business process owners to identify high-value automation opportunities and implement AI-powered workflows, bots, and intelligent assistants
Architect and deploy intelligent systems that leverage predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), and process mining to optimize efficiency
Partner with the Data & AI Architect to establish AI governance frameworks, ensuring responsible use of AI and data ethics compliance
Act as a player-coach—balancing leadership with hands-on architecture design and solution reviews
Lead solution architecture for cross-domain initiatives (CRM modernization, ERP upgrade, telecom platform evolution, AI-driven capabilities), ensuring scalability, security, cost effectiveness and alignment with standards
Drive an automation-centric technology transformation integrating legacy and modern systems across CRM (customer engagement), ERP (back-office), telecom call captioning platform, and data/AI platforms
Partner with program and product management to prioritize initiatives and support change management through communication and education
Establish and lead architecture review boards (ARBs), embedding security, risk management, and regulatory compliance in solution design and delivery
Define reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (master's preferred)
12+ years of progressive IT/architecture experience
5+ years in enterprise architecture leadership roles managing architects across various architecture domains
Relevant professional certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF (Enterprise Architecture), and Cloud Architect certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
Proficiency with leading Enterprise Architecture tools & diagram platforms such as SparxEA, LeanIX, MEGA, Lucid, Visio
Proven track record of leading architecture for large-scale technology transformations
Strong ability to design AI-infused architectures that improve customer experience and operational performance
Deep experience with AI/ML platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Predictive Modeling, and intelligent process design
Strong hands-on ability to design solution blueprints and guide teams in execution
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, bridging technical and business perspectives
Respectful and outstanding leadership skills that motivate colleagues to focus their energy on achieving business goals
Ability to plan and manage both strategic and tactical operational levels. Works to achieve goals while overcoming obstacles and/or planning for contingencies
Strong analytical, planning, and budgeting skills. Ability to influence others
