Responsibilities

Performs maintenance on debit cards, ATM cards, and business check cards accurately, timely, and in compliance with department standards
Responds promptly and accurately to inquiries via phone and email to support internal customer service needs
Generates customer correspondence for each stage of the dispute process while adhering to Regulation E guidelines
Reviews daily and monthly reports, taking appropriate action based on assigned procedures
Assists with administrative and project-related tasks related to card services operations
Maintains accountability for risk management by adhering to the Bank’s risk management program in all card services activities
