Responsibilities
Driving RTL solutions: Propose creative, innovative solutions to improve timing convergence taking other factors such as PPA into account
Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership and support to the design team
Collaboration: Work closely with architecture and backend teams and with other design teams
Plan, allocate resources, assign tasks and direct activities of the team to meet aggressive schedules and achieve milestone criteria
Build a strong and technically vital organization. Cultivate and reinforce appropriate group values, norms and behaviors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of work experience OR
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of work experience OR
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of work experience
6+ years of experience in silicon development in the areas of CPU or logic or memory product
5+ years of experience in technical leadership and in delivering successful IP Projects
5+ years of experience of direct people management
Excellent in problem-solving, analytical
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborative environment
Preferred
Experience with backend tools for high speed timing convergence
Experience on x86 CPU microarchitecture
