Field Sales Manager - B2B - SPM/Fitness Channe;
Human Touch LLC is seeking a B2B Field Sales Manager for the SPM/Fitness channel to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. The role involves field account management, new business development, and dealer development, focusing on national gym chains and commercial prospects.

Responsibilities
Conduct regular onsite visits to current and prospective national and key account locations
Ensure proper product functionality and condition
Train club staff on usage, maintenance, and member engagement
Reinforce service protocols and best practices
Identify expansion opportunities within the account footprint
Serve as a trusted advisor to regional managers and operations leaders
Proactively address issues to maintain partnership success
Partner with internal service teams to coordinate maintenance and resolution
Assist with the management and strategic support of larger national accounts in coordination with team leadership
Managing 10–25 mid-sized fitness brands and their corporate contacts
Driving purchase orders and supporting rollout initiatives
Coordinating sales process from quotation through fulfillment
Supporting new location openings and retrofit opportunities
Maintaining CRM data integrity and accurate sales forecasting
Manage a defined group of regional dealers serving smaller commercial accounts
Train dealers on product features, positioning, and competitive differentiation
Equip dealers with sales tools and talking points to drive velocity
Conduct joint sales calls where appropriate
Monitor dealer performance and pipeline activity
Engaging prospective commercial accounts
Prospecting new small and mid-sized operators
Qualifying and capturing high-quality leads
Demonstrating product features and commercial applications
Supporting follow-up coordination with the internal sales team
Strengthening brand presence in the commercial fitness community
Act as secondary point of contact for field-related product questions
Provide basic technical troubleshooting guidance
Escalate service issues when appropriate
Identify recurring product or service trends and provide feedback to internal teams
Qualification
Required
3+ years B2B field sales or account management experience
Strong presentation and training skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts across diverse geographies
Comfortable with 40–60% travel
CRM proficiency (Hubspot or equivalent)
Preferred
Experience in commercial fitness, wellness equipment, or durable goods preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude is a plus
