Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive practice and client support, including calendar management, phone coverage, client meeting and financial plan preparation, processing, and follow-up
Generate applications through DocuSign, maintain accurate client records across our CRM, financial planning software, and other systems, and deliver responsive, high-quality day-to-day client service
Be part of a collaborative Client Services team working toward shared goals and best practices

Required

A minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial services support role
Proven ability to lead overall client service and operational functions within an advisor's practice, including workflow management and client interactions
Client-Centric Focus: Committed to delivering exceptional client service by proactively identifying needs and finding effective solutions to enhance the client experience
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills to guide team performance and practice growth
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Impeccable attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
Ability to maintain a positive team attitude in a fast-paced environment
CRM experience (SmartOffice, Redtail, Salesforce, Junxure, Tamarac, or similar)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience
