Responsibilities
Select, evaluate, and characterize the electronic components that form the backbone of our products
Lead electronics subsystem design activities—from schematic capture to PCB layout to hands‑on prototyping
Dive deep into circuit debugging, diagnostics, and root‑cause analysis
Develop diagnostic scripts that elevate PCA qualification and performance validation
Drive seamless system and subsystem integration with partner teams
Execute rigorous subsystem qualification testing to ensure reliability and robustness
Collaborate with Manufacturing and Operations to transition designs smoothly into high‑volume production
Qualification
Required
Industry experience in board‑level circuit design
Strong understanding of electronic components and their behaviors
Proficiency with schematic capture and circuit simulation tools (e.g., SPICE)
Hands‑on lab experience (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.)
Solid foundation in RF and analog circuit design principles
Experience with scripting or programming for test automation
A track record of thriving in multidisciplinary, multicultural global teams
Experience working in high volume manufacturing or semiconductor industry
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
Preferred
Clear and confident communicator—both written and verbal
Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills
A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across teams
Comfortable presenting ideas to engineering teams, leadership, and external partners
