Assist with mold and die changeovers under the guidance of a Process Technician
Learn to perform machine startups, adjustments, and preventive maintenance tasks
Ensure product quality using gauges and measuring tools (training provided)
Maintain accurate production counts and follow safety procedures
Qualification
Required
Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn
Basic understanding of hand tools, fasteners, and mechanical parts
Dependability and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Desire to grow into a more advanced technical role
