Responsibilities

Own the planning and execution of large-scale programs involving multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, finance, legal, and other teams to define requirements, set priorities, and ensure successful delivery
Drive alignment and accountability across cross-functional teams to meet program goals and timelines
Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery
Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status updates, and executive communications
Influence decision-making and drive strategic initiatives by leveraging data, metrics, and strong program narratives
Continuously improve program delivery through lessons learned, process optimization, and scalable practices

Required

Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
7+ years of experience in technical program management or a related field
Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs end-to-end
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Preferred

Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
Background in infrastructure, telecommunications, consumer electronics, aerospace, or related industries
Experience working with executive stakeholders and driving business-critical initiatives
