Integrated Intel Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiative Officer to support the development and management of the NGA Certification Program. The role involves planning, coordinating, and evaluating the GEOINT Certification Program while engaging with senior leadership to convey strategic workforce planning.

Responsibilities
Serve as the focal point for all tasks supporting the development, implementation, execution, maintenance, sustainment, and management of the NGA Certification Program in accordance with the references highlighted in draft DoD Manual 3305.10
Plan and document the development, implementation, execution, maintenance, sustainment, and management requirements of the GEOINT Certification Program and institutional accreditation and ensure they are identified and included in NGA planning, programming, and budgeting process
Coordinate the identification of GEOINT Certification Program resource requirements and prepare for submission in the NGA Program Build
Identify and quantify GEOINT Certification Program education, training, and renewal requirements including associated costs for time required for professional development and incorporate into Planning, Programming and Budgeting documents
Design, develop, and implement a plan for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the GEOINT Certification Program
Coordinate the development of a position review that will identify and categorize GEOINT positions to be included in the GEOINT Certification Program according to the requirements and prescribed format in DODM 3305.10
Engage with NGA and NSG senior leadership to convey strategic workforce planning
Qualification
Required
At least 7 years of demonstrated experience developing GEOINT tradecraft competencies and engaging with GEOINT Analysts, training bodies, and leadership to advance GEOINT tradecraft development and strategic human capital initiatives
At least 5 years demonstrated experience leading credentialing program management office functions
Institute for Credentialing Excellence Certified Credentialing Specialist
At least 12 months of demonstrated experience working in the arena of applicable laws, external accreditation standards, and chapter 126 of title 42, United States Code (also known as 'The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990')
Preferred
Demonstrated experience working within the U.S. Intelligence Community
Specific demonstrated experience working within NGA or NSG
Demonstrated experience working with classification markings for the Intelligence Community
