They are seeking a Senior/Lead User Acquisition Manager to launch and optimize Facebook and TikTok Ads campaigns, analyze advertising performance, and improve ROI and key metrics.

Responsibilities
Facebook and TikTok Ads campaigns launch and optimization
Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, AppsFlyer, internal CRM, and other tools
Channels scaling without CPA growth
Improve ROI and other key metrics
Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts, and creatives
Qualification
Required
Facebook expert
TikTok expert with at least 1 year of experience
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data
English is B2 or higher
Russian C1+ (must have)
Preferred
TikTok certificate will be an additional advantage
Experience with automation in UA and AI tools would be perfect
