Responsibilities

Serve as the program manager for the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, owning scope, timeline, budget, risks, and delivery outcomes across all finance and accounting workstreams
Serve as the primary day-to-day counterpart to the external Oracle implementation partner
In collaboration with our external implementation partner, establish and maintain the integrated program plan, including milestones for design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
Lead governance routines (steering committees, design reviews, status reporting), ensuring executive visibility and timely decision-making
Establish and track key performance metrics to measure project success and inform future transformation strategies
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership, providing clear, data-driven insights and recommendations

Required

7+ Proven experience leading large-scale accounting transformation or ERP implementation projects, specifically Oracle Fusion, in a complex, fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial systems, and process improvement methodologies
Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and change management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams without having direct authority over those team members
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization
