Responsibilities

Support new capital raising efforts across GAM’s hedge funds, venture funds, co-investments, and alternative strategies
Assist senior team members with investor prospecting, targeting, outreach preparation, and follow-up related to active fundraising initiatives
Prepare and maintain fundraising-focused materials, including pitch decks, teasers, DDQs, RFPs, and investor presentations
Help manage fundraising pipelines, CRM systems, and capital raise tracking across strategies and investor segments
Coordinate closely with investment and product teams to position strategies for new investor demand
Participate in investor meetings, due diligence calls, and conferences in support of capital raises
Conduct allocator, market, and competitive research to support new investor acquisition and strategy positioning
Monitor investor feedback, fundraising progress, and market trends across crypto, fintech, hedge funds, venture capital, and alternative assets

Required

4+ years of experience in capital formation, fundraising, business development, investment banking, placement, asset management, or related roles
Demonstrated interest in raising capital and supporting investor acquisition efforts, rather than pure client servicing
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support investor-facing fundraising conversations
Highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent fundraising processes
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and take on increasing responsibility
Bachelor's degree required
Vice President candidates should demonstrate experience supporting or managing portions of the fundraising process, including investor meetings, diligence coordination, and capital raise execution

Preferred

Prior exposure to crypto, blockchain, or digital asset investment products
Familiarity with institutional fundraising processes and regulatory considerations
Series 7 and/or Series 65
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
