Vice President - Corporate Banker III

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of established NBFI relationships with a focus on proactive engagement, account planning and servicing coordination
Drive wallet retention through frequent dialogue, client needs assessment and identification of cross-sell opportunities
Lead credit and capital allocation for your portfolio, including financial analysis, risk assessment and approvals
Partner with product teams to originate and execute banking and markets solutions that meet clients’ strategic objectives
Support strategic growth initiatives with targeted research, pitch development and senior level presentations
Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline and contribute to business planning, forecasting and relationship review materials
Leverage insights from regulatory, tax and accounting developments relevant to foreign owned financial institutions operating in the US
Help mentor junior talent, promoting a high performance and collaborative team culture
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of corporate and investment banking experience with exposure to FIG
Strong working knowledge of bank products and capital solutions geared towards NBFI's
Exceptional client facing skills, confident communicator able to manage senior level interactions
Proactive relationship orientated mindset- comfortable owning accounts and representing the bank across internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
