Responsibilities
Train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met
The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, residents, and group contacts
Ensure quality of all food & beverage items, amenities, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as restock and organize all products and equipment to an attentive and distinctive experience in Recreation
Quality checks all guests to ensure guest satisfaction
Conduct pre-shift meetings to ensure effective communication and cooperation with staff
Support in all areas such as food running, replenishing towels, attending, or serving when necessary
Test and coach all team members daily on Forbes and all standard training manuals to guarantee the finest service potential
Handle all guest and resident complaints, concerns, and special requests while ensuring that the flow of service is efficient. Ensure all guest satisfaction is up to standard
Implement and follow up on development programs related to service standards, products, and hotel policies
Assist with the service and preparation of beverage and food to guests and Amenities

Qualification
Required
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Weekend and Holiday availability required
Familiarity with luxury service standards and guest engagement techniques
