Responsibilities
Responsible for oversight of activities in Jacksonville, FL including oversight of successful execution in support of the Long Range Business Plan (LRBP)
Responsible for the manufacturing, quality, cost schedule, and safety for the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul Services of the F/A-18 Modification, KC-46 Modification, P-8 INC 3 major Modification, and Component Operations, in addition to other future work planned to come to the site
Focuses on the cross functional integration of core and program disciplines and the application of independent, specialized technical and leadership expertise to a wide range of program objectives
Leads the development, integration, implementation and execution of multidisciplinary operations processes
Responsible for our overall site labor strategy efforts, the employee engagement and communication/deployment of various site activities to include community outreach and internal recognition efforts
Responsible for overall Jacksonville Site responsibilities, including: Engagement, People Development, Business Strategy, Safety Practices and Environmental regulatory approvals
Responsible for employee engagement and recognition, site communications, site staffing, site safety and environmental matters, security coordination, site expenditures, asset utilization and capacity planning, quality management system and audits, day-to-day operations, charitable donation approvals, local DCMA and FAA coordination, government relations, and integration / collaboration with business leaders across the site
Responsible as the site’s FAA Accountable Manager (14 CFR Part 145)

Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience working as a senior leader or senior manager
Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations and/or manufacturing processes
Minimum 5 years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnerships across functions
Experience in working to lead and develop teams to execute to safety, quality, delivery & cost commitments, and utilizing the Boeing Production System
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum 5 years of experience using critical business and financial acumen in order to influence and shape strategy
Minimum 5 years of experience working in a government Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) environment
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Lean Manufacturing
Experience managing customer and supplier relationships
Ability to build an environment of engagement, transparency, and trust
Experience developing and motivating employees, mid-level and senior level managers
Experience managing mid-level and senior managers
A strong natural leadership style that moves people to act, motivates and inspires excellence and innovation
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets goals and strong skills in program execution to schedule and budget
Proactively and quickly makes sense of complex issues; responds effectively to complex and ambiguous situations; communicates complicated information simply
