Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management: Assembles server and progressive hardware (installation of memory, CPU, hard drives). Installs, configures, and maintains Windows Server environments, Microsoft SQL databases, and network architecture including switches and firewalls
Technical Support: Identifies, analyzes, and documents defects, field concerns, and performance errors. Reproduces field issues in test/lab environments to identify root causes and provides on-call 24/7 support when designated
Deployment & Documentation: Assists with the setup, testing, and deployment of new technology solutions and identifies process improvement initiatives. Creates and maintains documentation related to processes, procedures, and policies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Network Operation & Security, IT, or Computer Science
Minimum 2 years related work experience
Advanced Windows Server administration, Active Directory, virtualization
Basic PowerShell understanding
The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time
