Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will create qualified opportunities for the sales team by prospecting, initial qualification, and meeting-setting, focusing on quality interactions with healthcare providers.

Work closely with territory-based Account Executives to identify the right accounts
Understand their challenges
Secure meetings that lead to meaningful sales conversations
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or healthcare-related roles
Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals and office staff
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with good follow-up habits
Willingness to be in the field and travel locally within territory
Coachable, curious, and motivated to grow into an Account Executive role
Bachelors degree required
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or health tech
Prior BDR, SDR, or sales experience
Field experience a plus
Interest in SaaS or healthcare technology sales
