Responsibilities
Arrange all aspects of the training phases of our pilots
Multiple Software platform/windows are open and used throughout the day
Build schedules for tracking
Classroom
Training Devices
Simulators
Track progress and reschedule classes/students/sessions as needed
Verify instructor qualifications for scheduled sessions
Make necessary travel/lodging arrangements
Schedule, coordinate, and pre-assign other training related assignments as necessary
Maintain excellent communication with Instructors, Pilot Records, as well as Flight Operations Managers and Supervisors
Maintain knowledge of all Department, Company and FAA policies
Maintain reports as necessary in Excel and other programs
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
Strong data entry and computer skills
Exceptional customer service skills, written and verbal
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
Some flexibility in schedule to assist and work overtime to meet deadlines
Ability to work multiple tasks while maintaining focus and detail
Self-starter and motivated team player
Critical thinking skills for adapting to changing environments and processes
Ability to maintain a productive work environment; remaining courteous and professional at all times
Full-Time Schedule is Monday - Friday, and an 8-Hour shift will be scheduled between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm in accordance with operational need, and position may require working holidays
This is not a remote position. This position is located at our training facility in Denver, CO, and candidates must reside near, or relocate to, Denver metro area
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Position is not a Department of Transportation Safety Sensitive position
Pay rate meets minimum wage requirements for City of Denver
