Responsibilities
Responsible for mining and analyzing vast amounts of data to guide and optimize product strategies for the in-house advertising platform
Enhance the relevance, user experience, and delivery effectiveness of online ads through technical means to maximize monetization of traffic
Design and optimize various models within the ad system, including but not limited to CTR and CVR models, to better serve advertisers’ performance goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields
Minimum of 5 years' experience in development, with in-depth knowledge of machine learning technologies (Recommendation System/Advertising Algorithm/NLP/CV), with at least 3 years specifically dedicated to working on advertising systems
Proven experience in optimizing ad performance by using mature models and new technologies
