Responsibilities
Develop and execute award-worthy creative concepts for 360-degree campaigns, from initial idea to final production including TV/film, print, OOH, radio, digital experiences, UX/UI, and experiential activations
Work hand-in-hand with strategy teams to ensure creative work is insightful, effective, and perfectly aligned with brand objectives
Confidently present ideas to internal teams and client stakeholders, articulating your vision and bringing others along on the creative journey
Stay on the cutting edge of technology and culture, bringing new ideas and AI-powered tools to the creative process to keep our work fresh and impactful
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Art Director, with a strong portfolio showcasing work for large, recognizable brands and campaigns
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, and a strong familiarity with AI-powered creative tools
A deep understanding of how to collaborate with strategy to create work that doesn't just look good, but drives results
Preferred
Experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) is a plus, but a passion for creating standout work is a must
