They are seeking a motivated junior to mid-level Configuration Manager to oversee configuration management activities and support customer work requests.

Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and provide procedural documentation showing how HW/SW configurations are designed, deployed, modified, and sustained via techniques and tools utilized within SC. This shall include maintenance of current information on deployed systems so that support, with a specific understanding of the functional environment, can be provided, to include (but not limited to) system architecture diagrams
All work requests received via ticketing and WO systems/ASX Remedy Distribution List or direct from customers shall be routed through the proper CM process
Generate documentation of the requested modifications to be retained afterwards for historical recordkeeping
Coordinate and process CRs for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, deployments, commissions and decommissions
Coordinate and schedule all maintenance activities
Maintain lifecycle management of all HW/SW utilizing available tools
Ensure all changes made to the production environment (excluding data adjustments or break fixes) are routed through the Configuration Control Board (CCB)
Provide system downtime and outage notification to all designated points of contact per local policies
Generate CCB Agenda, which documents all requests for changes in the production environment, and is sent daily to SC leadership/SME for review
Maintain items on the SC maintenance calendar
Qualification
Required
Experience in configuration management processes and tools
Ability to create and maintain procedural documentation
Experience with ticketing systems and work order support
Knowledge of hardware/software configuration design and deployment
Ability to coordinate and process change requests
Experience in scheduling maintenance activities
Knowledge of lifecycle management of hardware/software
Ability to ensure changes are routed through the Configuration Control Board
Experience in generating documentation for historical recordkeeping
Ability to provide system downtime and outage notifications
Experience in generating CCB Agenda for change requests
