Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing: Track headcount changes, submit requisitions, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process for hourly positions to meet operational demands
Collaboration: Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations to align staffing strategies, foster positive employee relations, and address workforce challenges
Onboarding: Design and deliver effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
Compliance & Safety: Enforce HR, safety, and company policies; maintain accurate time, attendance, and performance records
Process Improvement: Assist in developing and documenting warehouse processes, establish performance standards, and identify opportunities for efficiency

Required

2+ years in warehouse/distribution operations or a manufacturing facility
Experience in HR, recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Intermediate computer proficiency
Problem-solving mindset with ability to present practical solutions
Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to multitask
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by a sense of urgency
High School Diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
