Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for a variety of entity types
Conduct tax research and provide planning recommendations to clients
Supervise and mentor 2–4 tax staff/associates, including workload assignment and performance feedback
Manage client relationships, billing, and engagement deadlines
Assist with responses to tax notices and basic audit support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
5+ years of public accounting tax experience
Proficiency with tax preparation software (CCH Axcess, UltraTax, or similar)
Strong technical knowledge and client communication skills
