Follow up with laboratories and clinics to obtain drug screening, physical exam, and related test results
Manage inbound and outbound phone calls with external partners and internal teams
Enter, review, and finalize drug test results and occupational health reports within the electronic tracking system
Ensure accurate data entry and verification of all test information
Apply analytical and investigative thinking to gather, confirm, and document results
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience with drug testing, occupational health, or medical terminology
Strong communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage sensitive information with accuracy and discretion
