Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Create and implement comprehensive paid search strategies to support the company’s marketing objectives and business goals
You will focus on all channels (new channels such as Snap, TV, streaming, etc. as well existing supporting existing channels such as Meta, etc.)
Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google and Bing. This will include Google Shopping, PMax, and more
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics (e.g., ROI, CPA, CTR) and making data-driven recommendations for optimization
Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases that align with our target audience
Collaborate with other in-house marketers to optimize landing page, conversion rate, and more
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience (4+ years) in managing paid search media campaigns
1+ year in a managerial position
Strong understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) platforms, tools, and analytics
Preferred
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and advertising compliance is a plus
