Responsibilities
Develop a working knowledge of the company's templates, playbooks, and standard contracting positions
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including procurement agreements and NDAs
Collaborate with internal business units and external counsel to deliver timely contract edits and guidance
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal departments to support contract processes
Research legal issues and advise internal clients on compliance, policy, and operational considerations
Demonstrate understanding of common commercial terms (e.g., Incoterms, title transfer, risk of loss) and how they apply to company contracts
Handle additional duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD)
Active California bar license
3+ years of contract drafting and negotiation experience
Strong communication and writing skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
