Responsibilities

Help translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow
Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers
Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications
Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation
Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations
Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing
Debug and fix technical problems
Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation
Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users
Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration
Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions

Required

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'PUBLIC TRUST'; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
Minimum of FOUR (4) years of experience
Bachelor's Degree is required
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as HRSD and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps
Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
Experience working in an Agile environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels
Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands
Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions

Preferred

Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred
Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF)
Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Information Technology or Business
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD)
Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications
General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment
Candidates with an ACTIVE 'SECRET' or higher-level clearance are preferred
