Responsibilities
Drive all aspects of IT operations within the site, including governance and operational excellence of server and network infrastructure
Serve as an escalation point for contract technicians and operations digital teams, supporting server, network, and end user devices
Active member of the site leadership team and lead regular digital portfolio reviews with key stakeholders
Drive digital innovation and lead top critical projects at site and any regional/global projects in the OU
Anticipate and communicate future needs and innovation opportunities to sector leadership and service lines
Qualification
Required
3+ years professional work experience in IT Operations, IT Administrator, Networking, Enterprise Architecture, or related positions
Skilled within server and network administration, incident response and escalation, vulnerability and patch management
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Highly motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed to address critical issues
Must be able to work onsite in Moreno Valley, CA facility 5 days per week
Preferred
Certifications: Security+, Network+, CompTIA A+
Prior experience in distribution or warehousing environment
Basic understanding of working with and querying in SQL
