Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing workflows, production processes, and layouts to identify areas for improvement
Support the development and implementation of process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Collect and analyze data to help improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize performance
Work closely with senior engineers, production teams, and other departments on cross-functional projects
Help document procedures, create process maps, and maintain operational standards
Participate in quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands-on industrial environment
Preferred
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement concepts is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CAD or data analysis tools is a bonus
