Required

High volume print and mail production experience
Experience operating high volume digital production equipment
Experience with high volume mail inserter equipment
Experience with high volume mail prep, packing and shipping

Reliability and good attendance
Reliable transportation
Attention to detail
Good troubleshooting skills
Mechanically inclined
Ability to lift paper cases and/or 50lbs on a regular basis
Customer service oriented
Teachable
Digital or computer savvy
Scanning experience a plus
Ability to get along with multiple personalities
Self-starter
Ability to work with minimal direction
