Advanced Wireless Network Engineer
Lee Health is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Wireless Network Engineer to join their Network Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade wireless and wired network environments, focusing on location services and high-fidelity site surveys.

Responsibilities
Design & Deployment: Lead the architecture and installation of enterprise wireless solutions, including controllers, access points, and management platforms
Network Optimization: Monitor network performance and perform advanced troubleshooting to resolve complex connectivity issues across wireless and wired infrastructures
Location Services & Analytics: Deploy and manage Cisco Spaces to leverage network data for location tracking, wayfinding, and environmental monitoring
Site Surveying: Utilize the Ekahau Measurement Device (Sidekick) to perform professional-grade RF site surveys, validation, and spectrum analysis to ensure optimal coverage and capacity
Next-Gen Platforms: Utilize modern network management tools such as Cisco Catalyst Center to automate workflows and enhance network visibility
Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain industry-standard security protocols to protect the integrity of the wireless network
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must hold a current CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or ACE-A (Arista Cloud Engineer Associate) certification, or a verifiable equivalent
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in network wireless engineering
Preferred
An Associates or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related networking discipline
Experience with Cisco DNA / Catalyst Center is highly desirable
