Responsibilities
Directs day-to-day clinical operations of ACT team
Provides direct supervision of team members
Schedules staff work hours to ensure appropriate coverage
Leads daily team and treatment planning meetings
Evaluates status of all consumers and provides appropriate coordination of treatment to meet their challenging needs
Directs and coordinates consumer admission and assessment processes
Schedules admission interview
Supervises, directs, and coordinates completion of comprehensive assessment/reassessment of each consumer
Utilizes management tools to help ensure team’s philosophy and goals are in accordance with the ACT model
Participates in staff recruitment, interviewing, hiring, orientation, and performance plans
Oversees medical record documentation to ensure quality and accuracy
Provides on-call crisis interventions and back up according to team’s policy
Participates in engaging and motivating team clients in all treatment goals while providing direct service
Manages ACT Team in maintaining organization’s required productivity standards
Oversees completion of all required documentation in a timely manner consistent with organization’s guidelines
Qualification
Required
Master degree in Social Work, or social services related field required
Six plus years of clinical experience
Valid Driver's license
Preferred
Supervisory background and experience with program management
