Financial Analyst - Contract Management

Responsibilities

Prepare ARIBA Purchase Requisition Requests, Contract Change Orders, CWA’s and other SAP documents
Prepares and sends goods receipts
Prepares and delivers contract status reporting and ensures suppliers are adhering to the contract's terms and conditions
Oversees records management and contract tracking systems, including Excel, ARIBA, SAP
Develop contract proposals to support organizational goals
Review contract estimates, including proposed materials, production costs, etc and determine whether they seem reasonable and accurate
Ensure that all records are accurate and up to date
Write contract letters and other communications and notices
Negotiate and approve contract terms while ensuring that projects remain within the established budget
Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with state and federal laws and regulations

Required

A Bachelor's degree
Experience with managing purchase orders and contracts
Good verbal and written communication skills
Superior attention to detail in order to spot inconsistencies in contracts

Preferred

Experience with SAP, Ariba, Excel
A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail
Strong negotiation and mediation skills
