Technical Program Manager III, Software Management, Google Distributed Cloud

Responsibilities
Own and drive programs across multiple Google teams. Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities simultaneously
Help the team improve and accelerate their execution
Engage with the product management and engineering leaders, and other technical program managers to streamline processes, simplify execution, and bring tooling efficiencies when needed
Lead formal definition and documentation of critical operational workflows (e.g., incident management, change management, release governance)
Ensure all teams are trained and adhering to the new standards, shifting culture towards operational discipline
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience working with software development
Experience with Cloud computing
Preferred
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with enterprise software
Experience with compliance
